Nice ice rink overall, I like how smooth the ice always is no matter how many people there are there it’s always pristine making it way nicer to skate on. I do think though that at least the day we went on it was packed so if you are planning honestly i might be best if you can to avoid busy days like weekends and especially school holidays the place is packed making the experience significantly less entertaining.

Quite busy, an average sized ice rink. Very attentive staff on the ice looking out for people. Didn't appreciate some people skating very fast.

Good experience, we arrived early, no wait.
We were on the ice whilst lots of people were still waiting for skates.
It got a bit busy, then after an hour on the ice it went quiet again, I think people’s legs/feet were beginning to hurt so they went for a sit down

A thoroughly enjoyable family day out. Two small gripes. 50p for a locker, so if you need to open your locker it's 50p.
My other complaint is you hire a skating helper(penguin, seal etc) for £5 and although numbered if you leave unattended for a few seconds they are gone. There is no way for staff to know who hired them so you have to watch like a hawk. Not easy with two young kids who are trying to learn to skate without.
Finally, there is a coffee machine but I've never seen it working, the restaurant area sells coffee but it's extortionate, I'm used to paying a high price for coffee but this is super expensive.

On-site parking, which is confusing in the very, very small fine print it turns into disabled parking after a certain time. As for other parking good luck trying to find where it is cheaper. However the actual ice rink itself is ok and clean apart from the bathrooms. There is a cafe downstairs and upstairs. However the cafe upstairs seems to always be open for seating but not to serve anyone. There is a shop that sells both figure skating and ice hockey equipment. The ice pad is pretty big itself.

We came on a fri evening for the disco there were teenagers that had been drinking obviously too much too as one was sick, they were told by numerous people that they were hyped up and drunk but still let them in, they ended up fighting a few times really was not fair on the youngsters that were trying to have a good night, they ruin it for everyone, wont be attending on a Friday again that’s for sure 😡

This review is for my 8-year-old daughter. She’s had a great time there, and she always tells me she wants more time on ice. It’s a magical place for me and a beautiful sight as everyone brilliantly ice skates. The refreshments a bit on the expensive side.

They put on winter holiday activities for kids. My son is on the spectrum, so we need to keep him constantly active. He absolutely loved it. It ran from 9am-5pm and he came out beaming every day. Plus, he has developed a love for Ice Hockey. He wants to go see the Panthers play, so I'm currently trying to organise it for him.

Too crowded, should be monitoring people instead of thinking about the money. Phones shouldn't be allowed either.
